**Preeti Mathew | Life & Growth Coach** With a career spanning several years in market research and consumer insights, I have spent much of my professional life understanding people—what they think, what they value, what influences their choices, and most importantly, what lies beneath the answers they give. This experience has given me a deep curiosity about human behaviour and a natural ability to listen beyond the obvious. I believe that understanding people is not just about identifying patterns in data; it is about understanding the person behind the pattern—their beliefs, motivations, fears, aspirations, and the choices they make. My journey into coaching brings together this experience with my passion for personal growth and transformation. Through my Mindvalley Life Coach Certification, I have developed a structured foundation in coaching, along with practical tools and techniques to help people explore their inner world, gain clarity, challenge limiting beliefs, and move towards meaningful change. Today, I bring together the analytical perspective of a consumer insights professional with the empathy, presence, and coaching skills needed to work with people at a deeper level. My purpose is simple: **to help people understand themselves better, see possibilities they may not have considered, and take intentional steps towards a more fulfilling version of their lives.**

I specialize in supporting professionals experiencing burnout, leadership challenges, midlife transitions, or a desire to reconnect with greater purpose and fulfillment. My coaching provides a thoughtful space to pause, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. My mission is to help people reconnect with who they are, discover what truly matters, and create a life that reflects their purpose—not just their responsibilities. I also own a travel business which to offers wellness experiences to reset, rebuild and recharge, feel free to reach out and explore your options with me.
I believe the human being is an extraordinary system shaped not only by potential, but also by the imprints of early experiences — and that healing these imprints can unlock profound transformation. I help people understand how early experiences and unresolved issues influence their beliefs, behaviors, and relationships, and I guide them in releasing survival based patterns so they can live with more clarity, empowerment, and ease. My own journey through adversity and resilience led me to explore the intersection of the mind, nervous system regulation, attachment, and personal transformation. I support clients in creating deep, lasting change. While therapy often focuses on processing the past, my coaching centers on the present — forming new habits, building supportive patterns, and helping clients step into who they are becoming. I don’t provide therapy; I offer a forward focused coaching process that empowers people to reclaim the parts of themselves that never had space to grow. My mission is to help people break free from the invisible weight of their past, cultivate self compassion, and build a life that reflects who they truly are.
☁️ DELLA DELJIT RATOUR Life Coach | Educator | 6-Phase Meditation Trainer Some people are ready for more. More clarity. More courage. More life. I work with people who feel called to change direction — who sense something bigger is waiting for them but aren’t quite sure how to reach it. Using powerful life coaching tools, breathwork and meditation practices, I help you cut through the noise, reconnect with your purpose and take that first bold step forward. I have swum pier to pier in open water — in the depths with eels, sharks and octopuses — and discovered that the moment you push through fear is exactly the moment everything changes. I have lived on mountain tops. I have rebuilt my life. I have raised children, crossed continents and found that every single experience — however difficult — becomes a gift when you have the right tools to understand it. As an educator with years of experience working with young people and families, I understand how people grow, learn and transform at every stage of life. I don’t just coach. I hold space. Hi, I'm Kira. I’ve always been a sensitive, intuitive person with a deep connection to people, nature, and the energy around us. I’ve also always been the “spiritual one” in my circle—curious about consciousness, metaphysics, energy, the universe, and yes...even aliens! My head has always been somewhere in the Cosmos. LOL! In my younger years, I kept some of that to myself because I didn’t want to be the weird kid. But now at 58, I care far less about fitting in and far more about discovering what feels true. My curiosity has only deepened with time. After university, I spent much of my twenties traveling the world and started a small business to help fund my adventures. Experiencing different cultures opened my mind to new ways of seeing life and led me to study metaphysics. Around age 30, I experienced what I consider my first real awakening. Since then, life has taken me through entrepreneurship, raising two children, a rewarding career, divorce, changing relationships, and plenty of personal growth. Through it all, gratitude, optimism, and the belief that we can consciously shape our lives have continued to guide me. Recently, I became a Certified Life Coach through Mindvalley, an experience that was truly transformational. I entered the program wanting tools to help others and discovered that becoming a coach also meant continuing to transform myself. My passion is helping people become more aware of who they are, shift the beliefs and patterns holding them back, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and consciously create a life that feels authentic. I believe real change begins on the inside. I’m stepping into this next chapter blending life experience, spirituality, and coaching to help others grow and, in my own way, make the world a better place. Still learning. Still exploring. Still looking toward the Cosmos. And I have a feeling I’m just getting started.

I am a passionate experienced Business Coach, mainly coaching senior management. Even when someone comes to me with a business topic, there's almost always something from their personal life running alongside it. I don't think there's a clean line between business coaching and life coaching. In 2026, I completed the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach, to enrich my capabilities. Based in Germany (Düsseldorf) , I coach clients internationally, informed by years of firsthand experience in exactly the kind of complex, cross-cultural environments many of my clients lead in. I like both formats, in-person as well as virtual coaching. I have spent by myself decades in senior management across the global mobile telecommunications industry and consulting firms, and currently serve as CEO of a global industry alliance in this space, I've also led a small company in Germany as CEO — experience that gives me a feel for leadership challenges at very different scales, from lean, hands-on teams to large global, multinational corporate structures. I've coached senior and middle managers for the past twelve years, working with clients from multinational corporations and small, agile organizations alike.
In one-to-one coaching, I apply the Enneagram to spark insights about personality. I help clients break free from distressing patterns of emotion, thought, and behavior, so they can feel liberated and refreshed as they pursue fulfillment in their roles and relationships. They come away better equipped to bring patience, presence, and genuine delight to their relationships with coworkers, clients, peers, and loved ones.
For over 23 years, aviation has shaped how I think — the last 16 of them as a Captain, commanding aircraft including the A320, A330, A350, and A380 across thousands of flights, responsible for the safety and lives of everyone on board. In the cockpit, control isn’t a feeling you hope for. It’s a discipline you build, moment by moment, decision by decision. Off the flight deck, I noticed something: many of the professionals I met — brilliant, accomplished, driven — carried a quiet exhaustion. They’d built impressive careers, yet felt like passengers in their own lives, reacting instead of leading. That gap is what led me to coaching. As I studied behavior change and personal development, I found myself constantly comparing it to something I already knew deeply: Aviation Human Factors — the science behind how pilots make decisions, manage stress, and stay in command under pressure. The parallels were too strong to ignore. Both fields, at their core, study the same question: how does a person stay in control when everything around them is changing? I realized I could bring these two worlds together, letting each strengthen the other. As a Certified Life Coach through Mindvalley, I’ve combined evidence-based coaching psychology — rooted in frameworks like Locus of Control and Self-Efficacy — with over two decades of real discipline practiced in the air. I’m currently developing “You Have Control” (The Captain Method), a framework that translates cockpit-level clarity and decision-making into practical tools for everyday life — helping high-achievers move from simply performing to actually feeling in command. I believe coaching should be honest, not performative. No easy promises, no borrowed inspiration — just structured, real work toward regaining control, regardless of circumstances. If you’re ready to stop just achieving and start truly leading your own life, I’d be glad to connect. Captain Taher Alkhairi

peter ciotti <ciottiyard@gmail.com> Attachments 10:35 AM (0 minutes ago) to me Before I began the journey of becoming a coach, I first had to coach myself. At 45 years old, I was working more than 50 hours a week while raising three kids at home. Most days I came home exhausted, mentally drained, and with very little left to give the people who mattered most. I realized that if I wanted to be a better father, husband, leader, and member of my community, I first had to become healthier—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I made a commitment to prioritize my health, my mindset, and my presence. I started eating healthier, exercising consistently, and making quality sleep a priority. Instead of spending my energy worrying about the future, I began preparing for it. I developed a meditation practice, became more mindful, and focused on being fully present with my family, my friends, and my community. My fitness journey began with simple jogs around the block. One mile became five. Five miles became a daily 5:00 a.m. running habit. As my confidence grew, I started setting bigger goals. Running a marathon had always seemed like something extraordinary—something other people did—but I decided to pursue it. I hired a running coach who helped me create a training plan and build my fitness. What surprised me was that the greatest transformation wasn’t physical. He helped me develop resilience, a growth mindset, and the confidence to push through discomfort. He encouraged me when things were hard, ran alongside me, and showed me what great coaching truly looked like. Crossing the finish line of my first marathon changed my life. I accomplished something I once believed was impossible, and that experience opened my mind to what else might be possible. Since then, I’ve completed multiple marathons, ultramarathons, and even a 100-mile race. Along the way, I’ve started a podcast, organized running clubs, volunteered in my community, and spent the last five years growing
I believe that every person carries within them a wisdom far greater than they have been taught to trust. My life's work, in all its forms, has been to help people find their way back to it. My name is Sirisha Janaki. I am a Certified Life Coach, and I come to this work not from a single moment of calling, but from a lifetime of living, learning, and serving. My path has wound through many landscapes. I built a business from the ground up, navigated the demands of the corporate world, earned my MBA, and spent years in HR and technology, recruiting, developing, and guiding people through some of the most pivotal transitions of their careers. In every role, what mattered most to me was never the transaction. It was the human being sitting across from me and what they were truly capable of becoming. Running alongside all of this, quietly and constantly, was a deeper journey. More than two decades of yoga and meditation practice. Years of immersion in ancient wisdom traditions and contemplative philosophy. A reverence for the kind of knowledge that lives not in textbooks but in stillness, in nature, and in the spaces between our thoughts. What we are often missing is not ambition or talent. It is clarity. And it is clarity, not more effort or another milestone chased, that changes everything. When you act from clarity, your decisions carry a different quality and your life begins to feel less like a race and more like something worth inhabiting right now. This is the heart of my work. Coaching through clarity. In my sessions, I create a space for you to pause. Not to stop, but to reconnect with the part of you that already knows. From that stillness, real clarity emerges. And from clarity, meaningful action follows naturally. Life is not a series of milestones to reach. It is happening right now, in this moment. My work is to help you live it fully, not someday, but today. I would be honored to walk this next chapter alongside you.
