With over 30 years of experience in the international banking (NY/London/Tokyo), family office, and venture capital/private equity (VC/PE) industries, I've honed my skills in developing and running teams, fostering innovation, and promoting human development. As a coach, advisor, and active investor (particularly in VC/PE), I have a passion for helping startup ventures, the charity/NGO 3rd sector and people in general succeed and reach their full potential. My broad and diverse expertise and various certifications/qualifications in areas such as yoga, life/business coaching, family/organisational constellations, hypnotherapy, wellness/health and mind-body techniques, economics/finance, allow me to provide comprehensive and unique support to the founders and management of both private companies and charities/NGOs as well as individuals. I am deeply committed to making a positive impact and feed my soul through my work as a coach, advisor and investor. I am a dedicated advocate for human development and am passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential. I also actively raise funds and awareness for charities through my involvement in sponsored physical challenges such as triathlons, 100 mile bike rides, and climbing Kilimanjaro. My work is not just a job, but a labor of love. I am committed to helping people, organisations, and communities thrive, and I am constantly inspired by the transformative power of human potential.
