Welcome! I am Luciana, and I am here to help you with your health, wellness and fitness. I am a Mindvalley Holobody (entire body awareness) and 10x (fitness strength) certified coach helping my clients both with health, wellness, and nutrition. Having been in the wellness industry for over 18 years and coaching for over 5 years, I deliver talks, content, group coaching sessions, and 1 on 1 coaching sessions for leaders around wellness as a whole concept, including emotional management. I also host and organise wellness retreats, mastermind groups, and public talks. I work with people who feel disconnected from their bodies, frustrated, and/or have been trying to find the path to living a healthy, happy life within their bodies. I help my clients achieve their desired weight, gain muscle, achieve confidence, and release stubbornly retained emotions that were gathered throughout a lifetime. My range is wide. I work with people who are already mastering their fitness potential, but can also guide you if you are just starting out your physical exercise endeavours (intentional fitness), or starting from ground zero. I help you build a healthy lifestyle and a loving and respectful relationship with your own body. Together, we will design a road map with your goal in mind. We walk together through your journey, defining the habits, staying accountable, and becoming self-sustainable until you achieve the lifestyle you have always dreamed of. My mission is to help you live free of pain and tension by making your own health a priority, through education and application, to achieve self accountability and sustainability; one transformation at a time.
