My journey into personal transformation began more than a decade ago, driven by curiosity about human nature, relationships, and what shapes the way we think, feel, and behave. A turning point came in 2014, when I began practising Vipassana meditation and attending ten-day silent retreats. This deepened my awareness of how thoughts, emotions, habits, and unconscious patterns shape our lives, sometimes holding us back, disconnecting us from ourselves, the life we truly want to live, and our full potential, while preventing us from moving forward. As a Life Coach, I help people gain clarity, recognise what may be holding them back, and move towards greater confidence and alignment. I believe a coach offers something invaluable: space to pause, reflect, feel heard, and discover answers that may be difficult to see alone. Through deep listening and thoughtful questions, we explore limiting beliefs, emotional and behavioural patterns, and inner resistance. My approach combines practical coaching and mindset work with intuitive guidance and holistic practices, including Timeline Healing, Reiki, energy work, meditation, breathwork, yoga, and sound healing with crystal singing bowls. I have also facilitated Timeline Healing masterminds and supported the Russian-speaking Timeline Healing community. I am a lifelong learner, continually expanding my knowledge through books, courses, workshops, retreats, travel, and personal exploration. My interests include human behaviour, emotional awareness, relationships, and holistic approaches to personal growth. Experiencing different cultures and places has broadened my perspective, and I integrate what I learn into my life and work with others. Alignment is at the heart of my philosophy: listen to your body, follow your heart, and move forward with a clear mind. I believe transformation is about reconnecting with who you truly are and creating a life that feels aligned with you. Languages: English and Russian.
