I'm a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach, a former flight attendant, and someone who believes life is meant to be experienced, explored, and enjoyed. My years in aviation allowed me to discover different cultures, connect with people from all walks of life, and appreciate the beauty of human connection. Those experiences shaped my curiosity about people and my belief that everyone has a unique story worth understanding. I'm passionate about health, fitness, and overall well-being. Whether it's practicing Pilates, dancing, traveling, enjoying wonderful food and wine, or meeting new people, I believe that making room for joy is an essential part of living a balanced and fulfilling life. But life isn't always about beautiful destinations and wonderful experiences. Like many women, I've navigated unexpected changes, personal challenges, and moments when I had to rediscover who I was beyond the roles and expectations that once defined me. Those experiences taught me something valuable: Sometimes, the most important journey we take isn't to a new destination, but back to ourselves. Today, I'm passionate about supporting women who are navigating life's transitions, rebuilding their confidence, rediscovering their identity, or simply feeling ready for a new chapter but unsure where to begin. My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to create a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and joyful. I aim to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where women can explore their possibilities, reconnect with their strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I believe we can embrace change without losing ourselves, prioritize our own happiness without guilt, and discover that some of life's most beautiful chapters are still waiting to be written. My philosophy is simple: Life doesn't have to be perfect to be beautiful. Sometimes, the greatest adventure is rediscovering yourself.
