I’m passionate about helping people unlock their potential and turn growth into lasting change. As a Harvard alumna and Prosci-certified transformation and learning leader, I bring 16+ years of experience across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. I’ve partnered with global corporations, high-growth organizations, and start-ups to lead learning and transformation initiatives that help people navigate change, build capabilities, and thrive in an evolving world. That same passion inspired me to become an entrepreneur, founding a business dedicated to personal development, health, wellness, and feminine empowerment. Recognized as a finalist in the 2026 Belgium Startup Awards, my business brings together my belief in human potential and my drive to create meaningful impact. I’m also an EMCC- and ICF-certified transformation coach, scuba diver, and Brazilian Zouk dancer. Whether I’m coaching, exploring beneath the surface, or connecting through dance, curiosity and connection guide me. At the heart of everything I do is a belief that growth is a lifelong journey—and that our relationships with ourselves and others make that journey richer.
