My journey into coaching brings together this experience with my passion for personal growth and transformation. Through my Mindvalley Life Coach Certification, I have developed a structured foundation in coaching, along with practical tools and techniques to help people explore their inner world, gain clarity, challenge limiting beliefs, and move towards meaningful change. Today, I bring together the analytical perspective of a consumer insights professional with the empathy, presence, and coaching skills needed to work with people at a deeper level.
