I'm born in Munich, Germany | studied Graphic Design in Augsburg, Germany and in Belfast, Ireland | I worked for 28 Years for various advertising agencies in different positions as graphic designer and later in human resources | in 2000 I started practising Yoga and since 2017 I am Yoga instructor and since 2023 Yoga therapist | I' m also a poet and writer of short stories and published recently my first book |
