I am a passionate experienced Business Coach, mainly coaching senior management. Even when someone comes to me with a business topic, there's almost always something from their personal life running alongside it. I don't think there's a clean line between business coaching and life coaching. In 2026, I completed the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach, to enrich my capabilities. Based in Germany (Düsseldorf) , I coach clients internationally, informed by years of firsthand experience in exactly the kind of complex, cross-cultural environments many of my clients lead in. I like both formats, in-person as well as virtual coaching. I have spent by myself decades in senior management across the global mobile telecommunications industry and consulting firms, and currently serve as CEO of a global industry alliance in this space, I've also led a small company in Germany as CEO — experience that gives me a feel for leadership challenges at very different scales, from lean, hands-on teams to large global, multinational corporate structures. I've coached senior and middle managers for the past twelve years, working with clients from multinational corporations and small, agile organizations alike.
