Sirisha Janaki

I believe that every person carries within them a wisdom far greater than they have been taught to trust. My life's work, in all its forms, has been to help people find their way back to it. My name is Sirisha Janaki. I am a Certified Life Coach, and I come to this work not from a single moment of calling, but from a lifetime of living, learning, and serving. My path has wound through many landscapes. I built a business from the ground up, navigated the demands of the corporate world, earned my MBA, and spent years in HR and technology, recruiting, developing, and guiding people through some of the most pivotal transitions of their careers. In every role, what mattered most to me was never the transaction. It was the human being sitting across from me and what they were truly capable of becoming. Running alongside all of this, quietly and constantly, was a deeper journey. More than two decades of yoga and meditation practice. Years of immersion in ancient wisdom traditions and contemplative philosophy. A reverence for the kind of knowledge that lives not in textbooks but in stillness, in nature, and in the spaces between our thoughts. What we are often missing is not ambition or talent. It is clarity. And it is clarity, not more effort or another milestone chased, that changes everything. When you act from clarity, your decisions carry a different quality and your life begins to feel less like a race and more like something worth inhabiting right now. This is the heart of my work. Coaching through clarity. In my sessions, I create a space for you to pause. Not to stop, but to reconnect with the part of you that already knows. From that stillness, real clarity emerges. And from clarity, meaningful action follows naturally. Life is not a series of milestones to reach. It is happening right now, in this moment.
