Hi, I'm Ala. Certified as a Mindvalley Life Coach and holding an internationally recognized EMCC Practitioner accreditation, I support artists, leaders, specialists, and organizations in achieving more effective and fulfilling professional outcomes. My work includes facilitating individual coaching processes, as well as designing and delivering workshops and development programs focused on the creative process, creativity, productivity, and soft skills. With nearly 20 years of experience in the creative sector, my professional journey has spanned a wide range of creative roles — from fine arts and exhibition work, through advertising, to the video game industry. For seven years, I worked in game development, progressing from 3D Artist to Team Leader and ultimately Art Director.
