Tessa Veenboer

Hi! I am Tessa Veenboer, a career evolution and leadership coach for high-performing women who look successful on paper but quietly feel ready for something more aligned. I work with women who have achieved, delivered, adapted, led, raised families, relocated, rebuilt, and carried responsibility for years. They are not lost. They are in transition. My role is to help them stop treating that transition like a personal failure and start using it as information. My coaching sits at the intersection of career strategy, identity, nervous system awareness, leadership confidence, and practical reinvention. I support women who are asking honest questions like: What do I want now? Why does this version of success no longer fit? How do I grow without burning out again? How do I move forward without blowing up everything I have built? Through my signature approach, So, What’s Next?, I help women understand what is no longer working, what still matters, what has changed, and what their next chapter could look like in real life. Not in a fantasy version of life where nobody has bills, school runs, ageing parents, targets, visas, or responsibilities. Real life. The slightly inconvenient one. My background is in high-pressure corporate environments across the Middle East, including business development, sales operations, bids, strategic pursuits, and leadership settings in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. I understand the woman who can lead the meeting, manage the deadline, support the team, hold the family together, and still wonder why she feels disconnected from herself. My coaching style is warm, sharp, grounded, and practical. I create space for honest reflection, but I also help clients move. We work with values, patterns, nervous system responses, decision-making, confidence, boundaries, identity shifts, and 90-day experiments that turn insight into evidence. I do not believe women need to become someone else than themselves.
