I am a MindValley Certified Life Coach with over 20 years of experience in business and executive coaching. My path here wasn't linear. It was built through years of real-world experience across corporate leadership and startup environments, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a deep, ongoing curiosity about what it means to live and work with purpose. I specialize in two areas that are close to my heart. I work with women over 40 who find themselves quietly asking "now what?" It's a question that can surface after decades of doing everything right, building a career, showing up for others, checking every box, and still feeling like something essential is missing. These women are not lost. They are ready. Ready to reconnect with what they actually want, to release the guilt that comes with wanting it, and to step into a version of their life that finally feels like their own. I also work with founders and entrepreneurs in start-up and early stage businesses who have fallen out of love with what they built. The passion that launched them is still there. Sometimes it just needs to be rediscovered and realigned with who they have become. At the core of everything I do is purpose alignment. When your life and your work reflect who you truly are, everything shifts.
