Dr. Nichole J. Brown is a transformational leadership and wellness coach, educator, and creator of the AHEART Framework™, helping purpose-driven individuals move from burnout to boldness through awareness, healing, alignment, and intentional growth. For more than two decades, Nichole has worked at the intersection of education, leadership, wellness, and human development. As a former classroom teacher and current higher education leader, she understands firsthand the pressures of achievement, service, and leadership, and the toll they can take when success comes at the expense of well-being.
