Dr. Nichole Brown

Greetings Beautiful People! I’m Nichole Brown, joining you from Syracuse, New York in the United States, by way of Nashville, TN (US)! My professional background is in education and leadership development. I’ve spent over two decades working in schools and higher education, helping develop future educators and building systems that support student success and community impact. Over time, I began to notice something important: many of the most passionate educators and leaders were running on empty. That realization led me to explore mindfulness, healing-centered leadership, and personal transformation not just as ideas but as practices that can help people reconnect with their purpose and capacity. Today, alongside my work in higher education, I’m building a coaching and consulting business called The Next Level Educator, focused on helping educators and leaders move from burnout and survival mode into restoration, clarity, and aligned leadership. I joined the Mindvalley Life Coach Certification because I believe coaching is one of the most powerful ways to support transformation, both individually and collectively.
