I hold a Master of Science degree in Finance and has built a 25-year career in corporate finance and business leadership helping organizations build strong financial foundations while navigating growth, complexity, and transformation. As the Founder of Natieva Consulting, I work with executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations seeking both strategic financial guidance and leadership coaching. My approach combines analytical and financial rigor with values-based leadership — helping clients grow strong businesses while creating meaningful impact in the communities they serve. Born and raised in Kharkiv, Ukraine, I moved to the United States in early 2000s, and my personal journey of starting a new life in a different country shaped many of the values that guide my work today — resilience, gratitude, transparency, and a deep sense of purpose. I expanded my professional path to include Life and Success Coaching, and earned certifications as a Life and Success Coach, Business Coach, NLP Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. As the Founder of Transcend Reality, I help clients reshape the internal alignment to reach their next level of success. Through shifting negative emotional patterns and transforming limiting beliefs I help strengthen their confidence and influence and create path towards meaningful and long-lasting transformation.
