“Bumbling Boldly” - Looking to find everyday lessons in mindfulness, courageously exploring intuition-centered heart priorities and exploring new territory for a higher purpose. Born and raised in Hawaii, loved my college+ years in CA, then ambivalently lived in rural MA for 25 years. I recently drove across country in my RV “Faith” and returned to CA on my 11/11 50th birthday, determined to spend the next half of my life integrating self-loving living. I am a curious and compassionate empath, clinical social worker and wellness educator who enjoys a peaceful and playful pace of life. I am also a creative, idea-list and idealist, mom of twins, DIY lover and crafter in pursuit of experiencing, sharing and spreading authentic joy and self love for the highest good. I love learning and self-development and jump at most opportunities to expand, evolve, heal and share. I’m doing my best to live my life authentically without judgment, to accept things as they are and love others as they are, while allowing for and encouraging mutual growth, making the best out of every opportunity and choosing the most realistic and highest path possible at any given moment. I’m in the process of learning how to embody coherence, synergize with like-minded souls here on earth and create an authentic balance between nonjudgment, loving others and loving self unconditionally while also honoring my boundaries, values, wants and needs that may not be in alignment with others. I have been mindfully choosing to let love and compassion for self and others be the driving and stabilizing force in my life. This is what my soul craves. So be it and so it is.
