Born and raised in Hawaii, college+ years in NorCal, rural western MA during parenting years, now in SoCal integrating self-loving living. I am a curious and compassionate empath, Clinical Social Worker, Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotherapist and Wellness Educator, specializing in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality dynamics, mindfulness-based stress reduction, cultural competency, relationship skill mastery, sexuality education and childbirth education. I am also a creative, idealist, mom of twins, DIY lover and crafter, who enjoys a peaceful and playful pace of life in the pursuit of experiencing, sharing and spreading authentic joy and self love for the highest good. I love learning and self-development and jump at most opportunities to expand, evolve, heal and share. I’m living my life authentically without judgment, accepting things as they are and loving others as they are, while encouraging mutual growth, making the best out of every opportunity and choosing the most realistic and highest path possible at any given moment. I am integrating embodied coherence, zenergizing with like-minded souls and harmonizing love of self and others unconditionally, while honoring boundaries, values, wants and needs. My soul resonates with allowing love and compassion for self and others to be the driving and stabilizing force in my life and in my work, and I would love to share this path and journey with you.
