Before completing Paul McKenna’s Hypnotherapy Certification, I knew there was a deeper level of transformation I wanted to offer my clients. Hypnotherapy became the missing link. For nearly three decades, I’ve worked behind the chair as a hairstylist, helping people feel confident and beautiful. During the pandemic, I expanded my path and trained as a Health Coach, integrating holistic wellness into my business. Over time, I realized true wellbeing goes far beyond what is visible on the surface. Paul’s training has not only strengthened me as a coach it has transformed me personally. Through his work, I’ve found a calmer center when navigating life’s challenges. After a decade of chronic stress, I feel less reactive and more regulated. I am more present with my children, more grounded in my responses, and more aligned with my purpose. For this, I am deeply grateful. Today, I blend hairstyling, health coaching, and hypnotherapy to create lasting change from the inside out, helping people not only look their best but truly feel their best.
