I have worked as a research biochemist and science teacher. I’m passionate about natural, holistic living—nourishing body, mind, emotions, and spirit through lifestyle, learning, and connection at whatever age. I enjoy learning while challenging myself on platforms like Mindvalley and Coursera etc and love podcasts such as Huberman Lab. I’m embracing progress and practising letting go of perfection so I can just start, grow and enjoy the process of exploring new perspectives and connections.
