I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges, reduce stress, heal from grief, and develop the mindset needed for both personal and professional success. As a 'Clinical Specialist Nurse' in Gastroenterology, I witnessed first-hand the profound connection between mind and body, which led me to incorporate hypnotherapy into my clinical practice. This not only enhanced patient care but also deepened my passion for helping individuals achieve holistic health and well-being. In my leadership roles, I learned that true development involves both personal and professional growth. I have always believed in nurturing others alongside myself. Giving back through volunteering is fundamental to who I am; It is a gift if you can lessen the suffering in others. My approach to hypnotherapy is rooted in empathy, respect, intuition and a belief that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and lead a fulfilling life. Through hypnotherapy, I can use all my knowledge and skills, offering a pathway to heal, grow, and thrive—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
