Katharina Koll

Hi, I’m Katharina Koll – entrepreneur, mother, and co-founder of NORANNI, a heart-driven initiative based in Austria that supports families on their journey toward inner peace, clarity, and conscious living. With a background in business and personal development, I bridge the worlds of structure and inner work. I run our long-standing family company, Wirth & Koll, while co-creating spaces that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and live more consciously. Alongside NORANNI, I am part of REVERSUM – a conscious ecosystem in German speaking countries - dedicated to holistic personal growth, inner wisdom, and community. REVERSUM brings together coaches, experts, and individuals who are ready to realign their lives from the inside out, across all areas of life. My role within REVERSUM focuses especially on family, relationships, and inner peace, contributing depth, structure, and grounded guidance. Through NORANNI, I offer workshops, programs, and community spaces for parents who feel: “There must be more to life than just functioning.” The intention is not self-optimization, but presence. Not pressure, but connection. Our core belief is simple: peace begins within – and when we shift internally, the effects ripple naturally into our families, communities, and beyond. One of my most heartfelt projects is the NORANNI Peace Festival, where families, coaches, and changemakers come together to explore new ways of living, learning, and growing – rooted in awareness, connection, and shared humanity. I believe transformation doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful. Often, the most radical shift is the decision to pause, listen inward, and choose differently – for ourselves and for the next generation. I’m grateful to be part of the Mindvalley community – as a space of inspiration, learning, and meaningful connection – and I look forward to contributing, exchanging, and co-creating with people who share the belief that a better world always starts within.
