I am a leadership and transformation coach with a background shaped by high-pressure environments, adversity, and personal reinvention. I served seven years in the U.S. Marine Corps and spent over 15 years in senior security leadership roles. My career required calm decision-making under stress, accountability, and the ability to lead people through uncertainty. What makes my coaching unique is that it is rooted in lived experience, not theory alone. I am a cancer survivor and have undergone five major back surgeries, including spinal fusion and disc replacement. These experiences forced me to confront identity loss, physical limitations, and the mental battles that come with rebuilding yourself when your old definition of success no longer fits. I understand what it feels like to hit a wall, reassess your life, and intentionally choose a new path forward. My coaching focuses on helping clients develop internal authority, emotional resilience, and clarity of purpose. I work particularly well with leaders, veterans, high performers, and individuals navigating major transitions who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from their potential. Many of my clients are capable and disciplined but held back by limiting beliefs, self-doubt, or operating from external validation rather than internal alignment. I integrate hypnosis, leadership science, neuroscience-based performance, behavioral analysis, and mindset work into a direct, structured, and compassionate coaching style. I challenge clients while providing a safe space for honest reflection and growth. I am not a hype-based coach. I focus on sustainable change, accountability, and helping people become confident in who they are, not just what they do. I am best suited for clients who are ready to take ownership of their growth, do the internal work, and commit to becoming the best version of themselves personally and professionally.
