I take a holistic approach in everything I do as no two beings are the same…..emotionally, physically, spiritually. I have coached many incredible humans with warmth, compassion, curiosity and humility. From teens to seniors. From assistants to CEO’s. From individuals to groups. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to visualize impactful collaboration and curate teams who can support bringing projects from ideation to execution, which is evident in the advising and coaching I have provided on boards for various start-ups, schools, and companies worldwide. With over thirty years experience in the entertainment and tech industries, I am an insightful, self-actualized and passionate entrepreneur. I have served as both a part of senior management teams and as producer in the field. Expertise includes Development, Production, Corporate Management and Strategy, Branding, Marketing and Programming. I became a MindValley Certified Coach as I believe in the platform. Their mission to curate a community where I can consistently evolve, learn and grow aligns with my passion and goal to help others on their journey. I am also seeped in the healing world with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and countless hours diving into all forms of wellness, including meditation, movement, Ayurveda, and inner guidance work. I am also a Mother of two who are both now adults in their 20’s. So I have nurtured, supported and counseled countless beings who came through my home. Many who still reach out to me daily for my perspective, insight and advice as they navigate the world.
