Cayce Harlow

I help wayward individuals navigate their inner and outer landscapes so they learn to love themselves and discover freedom, clarity and connection. Originally from the south, it was my dream for 10 years to move to Southern Utah and two years ago, I did just that. I left my IT Project Manager career in 2019 with an intention to find my purpose through doing what I love and while I have had a few detours along the way, I feel firmly rooted in my vision of helping others to find the same freedom that I have. I am an advanced student of astrology and use that as a tool in helping others discover who they are and what they want in life, removing barriers along the way. I am an adventure seeker who understands the call and what it takes to have a successful journey. I have an amazing husband who supports me in whatever I choose to pursue, whether it's a life coaching certification or a week long solo off-roading adventure in the desert. I also have two sweet little terriers that bring me so much laughter and joy. I find stillness through pilates, hiking and breathwork. Though my life is wonderful now, I come from a highly dysfunctional family and suffered a traumatic childhood. My teenage years and early twenties were spent suffocating all of that with recreational drug use. Coming out of that meant facing many years of extreme loneliness and isolation as I recovered and reparented myself. When I found adventure, I found myself, the love of my life and my home in Utah. I am an Aries Sun, Virgo Moon & Libra Rising. In Human Design, I am a 5/1 Generator with a triple split definition.
