Self-discovery is a lifelong journey. We are excited to tap into what we have had hunches over for years, expanding the subconscious mind and find altered states to help us stay on the path of action, with a peaceful, abundant, grateful intention to guide our mind and body. Sofia: I'm a wife, mother of 2, and hold a master's and doctoral degree in counseling and clinical psychology. I'm bilingual (Spanish/English) and bi-cultural looking to use my privilege to help others while navigating this life with intention and creativity. I've joined forces with my husband, Nick, and together we've uncovered a calling to "shed light, and not to master..." <-- Terrapin Station (lyrics) Nick: I am a psychologist, husband, son, brother, Veteran and father of 4. My wife is to thank for this flight that has emerged from the ashes of the past, she is my love, and nothing compares to the self-confidence she creates in me. We set out together on this adventure hoping to find more ways to be present with one another day and night. We hope that what we learn helps us to create what is best and most needed for our field of mental wellness and the greater good of society!
