For over twenty years, I've guided individuals and families as an attorney, business owner and personal coach. My passion is helping young adults navigate the often-overwhelming transition into adulthood. That sounds simple enough but what does that really mean? I provide a safe, grounded space where they can develop insight, skills and a growth mindset - setting the foundation for lifelong success. The ability to navigate life's challenges is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children, and sometimes that guidance is best received from a coach outside the family.
I also work closely with parents who are facing crises-whether from changing family dynamics, addiction, or other life challenges. Watching your child or young adult struggle can feel overwhelming and isolating. I'm here to help you stay steady in the storm. Together, we'll create a plan filled with tools, strategies, and insight so you can protect your own well-being while offering your children the support they need most.
