I’ve been working in corporate communications for +20 year, focusing on interim management projects, crisis communication, change communication, sustainability communication and internal communications. Becoming a Certified Life Coach is a first step in wanting to help people in overcoming the challenges linked to narcissistic abuse and toxic leadership. In doing so I want to leverage my own healing journey as a stepping stone to help others. I strongly believe that coaching can be part of a healing journey next to classic therapy. In my spare time I practice yoga, I love to travel and enjoy photography.
