Hi, I’m Sigrid — certified life coach and creator of The Self-Reclamation Method™, a four-step framework designed to help women rise from disconnection into clarity, confidence, and an aligned life where they can flourish as their truest selves. In addition to my coaching work, I bring a background in healthcare, nursing education, and academic research. As a current PhD candidate, I bridge heart-centered guidance with structure and evidence-based insight — helping you create meaningful change. I work with women who feel stuck and disconnected — as if their outer life no longer reflects their inner truth.
