Dimitria Cook

My passion is coaching. Guiding people into their empowered future is my calling. Dimitria is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach, a Mindvalley Certified Money Coach, and a CoreClarity Bridgineer. She is a neuroscience-based coach who is a master at designing and creating bridges between information and people. Her coaching is a partnership with her clients that allows her to create trust and psychological safety. Dimitria moves her clients from a frantic, fearful, and frustrated red-zone disposition to a calm, flourishing, and confident blue-zone state of mind. Dimitria holds a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science degree, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, both from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her coachees include executives and leaders at HP, Carvana, Electrolux, Deloitt, Udemy, Universal Music Group, Sony, Asana, and Silicon Valley Bank.
