Salana Aura is a mindfulness teacher, certified life coach, systems thinker, and founder of Women's Personal Ecology™—an integrative coaching approach that helps women reconnect with themselves, reclaim their voice, and create lives aligned with their deepest values.
After nearly twenty years leading global technology initiatives, Salana chose a different path—one rooted in presence, purpose, and the belief that meaningful change begins within. Today, she supports women navigating life's transitions with greater clarity, courage, and connection through coaching, meditation, reflective practices, and ecological wisdom.
Her work weaves together mindfulness, systems thinking, Integral Ecology, and compassionate inquiry to help women move beyond overwhelm, self-doubt, and external expectations toward lives that feel authentic, intentional, and deeply alive.
Alongside her coaching practice, Salana serves as CEO of XylonTech, where she champions human-centered technology and ethical innovation. She is also conducting graduate research in Integral Ecology, exploring the relationships among technology, consciousness, ecological flourishing, and feminine leadership.
Whether guiding a coaching conversation, leading a meditation, or speaking about conscious leadership, Salana's intention is simple: to help people remember that personal well-being, healthy communities, and the living Earth are deeply interconnected.
She believes that when we care for our inner ecology, we naturally become better stewards of the world around us.
