Having spent 19 years as an Executive Assistant working with senior leaders at the head of some of the world's most respected brands, I feel I'd do my peers a disservice if I didn't make them my ideal client. Overwhelmed, overworked and invariably under utilised and under appreciated, this role is the backbone and tower of strength of any organisation, and comes with little support and, invariably, no development budget.
