Hello! I'm Nina, a certified sexologist, hypnotherapist, and co-director of the Strategy & Business Innovation cluster at the IAP Institute for Applied Psychology at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. I manage a sex therapy practice in Zurich and collaborate with private and institutional clients worldwide through online sessions. In my practice, I integrate the Sexocorporel approach—a body-centered therapeutic method—with hypnotherapy to guide individuals and couples in their sexual development, addressing both the physical and mental aspects as a unified whole. I am passionately committed to highlighting the often-overlooked role of sexuality in personal growth, aiming to unlock each person's unique potential. I believe that fulfilling sexuality is a key to self-development that everyone should have access to. Enjoyable sex is a skill that can be learned and refined throughout one's life.
