My mission in life is to empower others to find joy at work and in life. And I mean it! I myself have been on the journey to find what really makes me tick for a long time. I started as a journalist, and then spent seven long years working in the European Institutions as a communication manager, promoting R&I funds. Although I have been always aligned with the EU mission and values, the culture of working in a big bureaucracy, with red tape and complete aversion to innovation and risk-taking, took their toll on me. I was frustrated, bored, I felt I didn't belong. So just a few months before COVID hit (what a timing!), I decided to take a leap of faith and left the "golden cage" to live my life in accordance with my nature. After leaving the EU, I spent over 1 year at home, figuring out my next steps and looking for a job in the midst of the COVID madness. but I eventually made it, and subsequently I worked in sustainability consultancies and climate startups, while on a side I have been developing my career coaching practice, helping other people understand their calling and make the choice to live fully aligned with their values. My business has recently gained momentum, I am now a full-time career coach, and I have never been happier in my life!
