I'm a follower of Jesus, I have a family of 6 (age 0-8), and we're currently located outside of Nashville, TN. I'm a certified Heroic Coach, Mindvalley Business Coach, and Xchange Guide. I love learning new things, eating healthy, Spartan Races, helping others, and hanging with my family. I am a Life & Executive coach and a dynamic event facilitator/designer dedicated to helping individuals & groups unlock their full potential in-person or online.
