For over two decades, I’ve attached myself to professional identities such as a techie, individual contributor, leader, business owner, executive, mom. But I’ve always been a learner, listener, mentor, and a coach. A previous employee told me: "I know for some it was just a job but it changed my life. And now I can fully believe I can work at this level and lead a team and feel worthy". 💪 Yet I often hear: "I'm not looking forward to Monday." "This week is going to suck." "I'm so stressed with work." "There's this guy at work making my life miserable." But it doesn't have to be that way!
