For more than 12 years I have been working in public relations and marketing, and was associated with agencies and corporate environments. During that time I had a pleasure to cooperate with many fantastic people and projects, and human relations always played a key role in my work. Conversations and meetings with others were what gave me the most joy in my business life. However, after many years of working in PR on the contract of employment terms, under extreme stress and always on someone else's terms, I decided to literally jump off a cliff and leave my safe job – finally in favor of doing something on my own. I didn't know that from the very beginning. At first, I thought I still “have to” do exactly the same thing as before – because, after all, this is how it’s safe, and the work must be hard at some point anyway. Fortunately, life showed me a different path. Why coaching? Self-development and meditation topics had been with me for a long time, but as a novelty came into my life the intensive practice of yoga. It was yoga that allowed me to find the answers to many important questions within myself. I knew that, in some way, I wanted to help others in mapping out their own paths, reach their potential, and chart what really makes them satisfied in life. Then, translate it into a profession so they can operate in joy, fulfillment, and ease every day. I personally know very well how difficult it can be to do work that is not meant for you (and you do it for a huge part of your life!). That's why I finally decided to focus on coaching education and start helping others. And here I am today – I've held dozens of coaching sessions covering a wide variety of topics, but the issues of finding ourselves again – whether in the professional or private sphere – are closest to me.
