With 26 years of experience working in various cultural contexts and in various roles as a manager, leader, businesswomen, entrepreneur, one of my abiding interests is working with people and I have been always keen on personal growth and learning. I love talking with people, inspiring them, supporting them in gaining clarity in their life path and discovering their zone of genius to thrive in their career and contribute their best while living a happy, purposeful, and balanced life. My current clients are young professionals who are in transition, feeling unmotivated in their current job, lack of purpose in life and disoriented about their next steps. Through my coaching, I help them gain clarity on what they really want, discover their IKIGAI, and help them to come up with a simple yet effective strategy to achieve their goals.
