I'm a former HR manager and Leader in customer service with over 20 years of corporate experience in multinational organisations. I'm known for being straightforward and sincere in my approach and i guide people to avoid burnout, find their true leadership potential and navigate challenges with authenticity and vulnerability. Going through my own burnout and difficult times in the corporate world I want to give people the tools they need to avoid going through the same experience. I thrive on challenges and problem solving and I focus on the potential of a person that sometimes they can't even see it for themselves. I'm not afraid on asking the difficult questions as I was always the one addressing the elephant in the room. i enjoy guiding people to really find themselves and enjoy their job and ife. I bring in to the mix the constant learning that I do from energetic tools to somatic therapies and different types of meditation.
