Hello, I'm Tony! Growing up, I was fortunate to have two incredibly loving and honest parents who, despite their best efforts, faced significant challenges due to ill-fated business partnerships. Time and again, they found themselves undervalued, overworked, or even deceived by untrustworthy partners, all in pursuit of a better life for our family. Between the ages of 6 and 15, I couldn't help but notice the detrimental effects these poor business decisions had on our family’s finances and lifestyle. While my peers enjoyed their possessions, I refrained from asking my parents for anything, fully aware of the sacrifices they were making and the immense stress they endured. The impact of these damaging partnerships on my parents' self-esteem and sense of worth left a lasting impression on me. I deeply wished there had been someone to guide them in choosing better business partners or to support them in knowing when and how to exit a partnership that wasn't serving their best interests. As I grew older, I found myself naturally stepping into that role—a lawyer committed to helping others navigate the intricate dynamics of business relationships.
