Ludovica Silmo

My work stems from the inspiration I received during a journey I undertook when I was a young girl, through readings and experiences related to pranotherapy, kinesiology, shiatsu and metamedicine: the relief and joy I felt when learning about these practices helped me focus on my mission, which was to help people connect with themselves, identify their deepest motivations, seek meaning in life's trials and overcome them. After a brief stint in public utilities companies, motherhood finally pushed me to change career field, bringing me closer to my true inclinations and enabling me to qualify as a Transactional Analysis Counsellor. In order to complete and integrate my skills, I also obtained the RTT® Practitioner certification, at Marisa Peer's Rapid Transformational Therapy School, that enabled me to work with the unconscious mind through the practice of hypnosis. In June 2024, then, I also took the Mindvalley Life Coach certification, that is a complementary skill to have in my profession, as it gives me the tools to help my clients to stabilize their lives after the profound changes they went through with counseling and RTT. Finally, to satisfy my passion for human energy issues, I am studying to become a Pranic Healer, i.e. an expert in Bio Medical Disciplines and I've just aimed my first level degree :) Thanks to my multi-disciplinary training, I work contextually on mind and body, using energy exercises and, when required, natural food supplements from high-level scientific processes.
