My journey began in southern Louisiana, where a passion for understanding the human mind and body drove me to earn a Chemical Engineering and Chemistry degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. After a successful corporate career as a Process Engineer, managing over 30 people, a personal wake-up call made me reevaluate my path. Stress, anxiety, weight gain, and a devastating miscarriage led me to rediscover yoga, meditation, and EFT tapping. This healing journey reignited my passion for holistic wellness. Later in my healing journey, I found red light therapy, which made a significant impact on my anxiety. This discovery, combined with my certification in hypnotherapy, led to the creation of Red Light Hypnotherapy (RLH).
