As a multi-qualified holistic therapist, I've been in the realm of Wellbeing for twenty plus years (including Nutrition Consulting & Supplementation, Yoga teaching, Business manager to a Spiritual Healer and provider of Corporate Wellness services). After a longer than expected covid response diversion, I’m delighted to return to this field to continue the journey. I’m dedicated to the mission of advancing wellbeing, especially among busy result orientated people. Previously, I worked for the EducoGym international franchise and before that, Operations Manager for a leading health store company in Ireland, having come through the ranks of health store manager. Now qualified as a Mindvalley Nutrition Coach in partnership with Viome.
