Since I was a very young child I wanted to become a heart surgeon. Through long work, discipline and determination I have fulfilled my dream. A few years ago, however, a stroke of fate prevented me from continuing to live my dream. I suffered from terrible back pain, was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and later several herniated discs, which were operated on. Because I could no longer stand for long, I had to give up my job in the operating room and continued working in cardiology. In the meantime, I looked around for alternative options and completed several training courses because I not only wanted to help myself, but also the people out there who were affected in the same way as me. My journey back into cardiac surgery was very difficult, but I didn't give up. Thanks to various fitness exercises and a change in diet and mindset, I am now completely pain-free. Today I can also do running again with full energy, which I sadly had to give up. Today I work part-time as a nutritionist and pain coach. I have developed several online courses that are intended to holistically help people live pain-free and find happiness again after a heart attack, heart surgery, intervertebral disc surgery or chronic pain. I am a certified Liebscher&Bracht therapist, nutritionist, fitness and personal trainer and life coach. As a doctor and patient, I know both sides of the coin and can help and reach people on a much higher level than conventional medicine can.
