Jorge Anhalzer

About Me: I am Jorge Ignacio Anhalzer, born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, with a lifelong passion for the outdoors. Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to outdoor education, leading wilderness expeditions spanning from Alaska to Patagonia. My work involves teaching leadership to diverse groups, ranging from high school students to MBA candidates from prestigious universities and high-ranking members of the US Naval Academy. Experience: In addition to leading wilderness expeditions, I organize adventure tourism trips to the Galapagos Islands. As a certified Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician (WEMT), I have supported camera crews from BBC and other media outlets during wilderness shoots, ensuring safety and emergency preparedness in challenging environments. Current Endeavors: Presently, I am the founder of a small outdoor education school in Ecuador. Here, we specialize in leading trips to areas of our country that few have explored, providing participants with unique and transformative outdoor experiences.
