Raised in USA, lives in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, and speaks fluent English & Dutch. Like my parents, I studied biology & chemistry, but then branched out to courses in self-development, self-awareness, meditation & acupuncture; at the same time practicing modern+ballroom dance, yoga, stretching, & Tai Chi. Starting off as shy child who could hardly express herself, I slowly became present and more self-confident. Having been a caretaker for my husband before he passed, and also a cancer survivor myself, I have used a multi-faceted approach to heal myself on the mental, emotional as well as physical levels. These life experiences also have helped me to understand and support others who may have trouble believing in themselves.
