By trade, I am a literary manager in the entertainment industry, coaching writers to develop their craft and collaboratively develop their projects for film/TV. My philosophy of life, as a creator and mentor to creative talent, is to be the best that I can be in order to pass along ideas and support of true value and meaning to the writers and their projects. Lifestyle choices create the ability to be the best that I can be; therefore, the best nutrition that I give myself is one of my foundational lifestyle pillars. For this reason, I became a Mindvalley Viome Certified Nutrition Coach. This gives me the opportunity to coach others to adopt precision nutrition changes for their biology that will result in their metabolic health, and their improved quality of life. Everyone has the opportunity to be the best that they can be, when they are given the answers and support to get there.
