I continue to thrive in the IT sector, leveraging my passion for technology and AI to simplify and optimize processes in both my professional and personal life. In 2023, I expanded my career by incorporating health coaching, driven by my own experiences with health challenges, such as weight fluctuations and low energy levels after exploring different diets, including ten years as a vegan. Throughout my journey, I realized that mainstream health trends and the conventional 'Illness Care Model' were not addressing my needs. This ignited a deep desire not only to fix my problems but also to help others on their personalized health journeys. Alongside my IT work, I became certified as a Mindvalley Holobody and Viome Nutrition coach and now specialize in using Intelligence tests to provide customized lifestyle and dietary insights, removing the guesswork. My coaching continues to evolve as I stay at the forefront of health innovations, and completed a course in functional medicine in August 2024. I am furthering my education with a coaching certification in ADHD. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals while balancing my ongoing work in IT and tech advancements.
