Shaped by my upbringing on a small North Dakota farm I have always had a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of land and life. Immersed in the rhythms of agriculture it's easy to see how your well-being is intertwined with your environment, your community, and the food you eat. Although I left my parents farm a long (long) time ago, went on to raise a family (now with several grandchildren) and a successful career in telecom, those values instilled in me on the farm have moved with me from city to city, and life stage to life stage. This is why when I came across Viome in 2018, I was hooked. Finally, I found a program that underscores my belief in proactive health management. My wife and I continue to use Viome as the center of our wellness regimen, are as active as we've ever been, and have never felt healthier! As the sun is setting on my telecom career, I feel energized and excited to get back to my roots to help foster a supportive community and connect you better to the food you eat.
