Hello, I'm Tonje, a coach with a multifaceted background and a heartfelt mission. My journey has been anything but ordinary, taking me from very male-dominated industries, in the skies as an FAA and Sikorsky's test pilot instructor, and the world of construction, to the creative realms of interior architecture and photography (to mention some). Each step has enriched my understanding of people's unique paths and challenges. 🚁 In the cockpit, I discovered my love for guiding individuals toward achieving their highest potential. My experiences have equipped me with the skills to connect with people from all walks of life, understanding their aspirations and hurdles intimately. 💔 However, life took an unforeseen turn on February 9th, 2018, when my daughter, Allia passed away. This profound loss shattered my reality and led me to reevaluate my life's purpose. I realized my true calling lay in fully immersing myself in helping, supporting, and inspiring others. It was this personal tragedy that unveiled to me the transformative power of coaching. 🌱 Ever since my daughter's passing, I've dedicated myself full-time to diving deep into personal and business growth and development. In a world increasingly driven by AI, I strongly believe in the importance of enhancing our emotional skills, which is one of the most valuable outcomes of having a coach. My moonshot mission? To equip 100 million people with the emotional intelligence and resilient mindsets needed to create fulfilling lives.
