I have had a passion for helping people for as long as I can remember. It brings me great joy to see and help people transform their lives and get in touch with their truth, their passions, their voice, their gifts. As life has guided me through many trainings to get to where I am today, allowing life to unfold, being gentle with ourselves, has been one of the greatest lessons. Dream big and send it off, soon you will find it right in front of you! I am a woman of many skills and a deep excitement to deepen my understanding of life. Besides me being a long time Piano Tuner and Musician, I have also gone through any changes along the way. I started off caregiving for people for years, learning how to interpret non verbal peoples needs, being someone else’s body and learning deep patience. As I expanded to something more for myself I studied Yoga, Reiki and became a Reiki Master. One thing that had kept calling to me was to study hypnosis and past life regression. So that’s what I did. I am now a certified QHHT practitioner (quantum healing hypnosis technique) and officially a MindValley Certified Hypnotherapist. This work I do is super rewarding and it’s also an enjoyable experience for me and the client. Finding what you’re passionate about may not come easy, but following the threads that end up leading you to where you are supposed to be is part of the journey of life and part of the excitement of what’s to come. I’m passionate about helping people live and find their truth, let go of unwanted habits, and break free from old chains in the mind and body that are holding us back. We have the ability to change our lives, our brains are changeable and so is the life around us!
