Multitasking middle aged woman from Sweden with Finnish roots. I am living with two young adult kids in a suburb to Stockholm. My daughter is still in high school, and my son just started his working career. I have also new partner, who runs his own company, and a little Pomeranian dog called Cesar. Just starting my own buisness, empowering female entreprenours in their leadership, and along with that I am also helping my partner with accounting and invoicing. On my free time i´m a part of a team who coaches a group of 12-15 year old scouts. I manage the scout corps finances as a cashier and are a member of the union board as well. I like to learn new things and I am especially interested in developing the way the mind works. What always gets to me is how powerful the way you think and what mindset you got really changes outcome and perspective. At this point in my life, I have come to realize that I somehow want to give back to society and help others to manage their out stressed lives. i used to work as an sitemanager and experienced that many of my colleagues and acquaintances have stressed themselves out. I think that my experience both from leadership to managing big construction sites and life could be of great use for counselling and coaching others, espescially women . Participating in this community and following through will give me more insight in how the mind works and valuable teachings that will be of great use for the future. I like to share my experiences and am eager to learn from others.
